Do you use MCW for Forge? If not, you should get some default BO3 Objects to Compare Settings, so you dont set MCW settings that TC doesnt know of. (Or make: "SettingsMode: WriteAll")
For the Floating Single Glowstone. The Problem is with your Export:
If you Export your Object with Bo3Tools, your Selection gets centered at your actual Blocks.
But if you use WorldEdit Schematics, the "Center" is actually the Point from where you Export your Object.
That means you probably stood 8 Blocks away from your GlowStone Because this are the Coordinates:
So: Your Object gets placed on a Block, but the Actual GlowStone gets placed 8/7 blocks to the side.
Replace it with: Block(0,0,0,89) And it should be good.
The Second Object has the same Problem:
Replace that with:
Maybe this will also solve the Spawning Issue, i dont in particular see any problems with the Spawning Behavior.
For Future: I can Recomend my Tool: BO3 Bulk Edit.
You will have to Reconfigure it to use BlockIDs instead of names. (If Errors Arise, post in the Thread, I will investigate them, but it should work just fine) But this can easily Fix the Coordinates for you if you Use the CenterPlaceHolder.
While I´m not sure, those GlowStone1.bo3 should have a Branch. Iirc the Schematic Convert setting of TCEE is used to Convert Large Objects to Structures using more Objects.
