I kind of agree with you there. But I think the problem is also on the new User side.
15 Posts back and forth, with random guessing on "Why it wont work".
People need to provide the stuff so that we can actually help them. With Problems in WorldGeneration, a screenshot might be enough to actually guess correct whats happening there.
But a fundamental problem like: "I doesnt even work" will need the Actual Log Files so people can actually see whats happening. Usually when something doesnt work, the program tells you why.
I think there is more need for a Posting on: "How to get Support" Pinned at the Top.
