Hello all, first post here. Been lurking for a while, and am very impressed with all of your work.
I've been playing with a few custom biomes for a config (which I will happily release here when it's not in such a state). I wanted to get my mountains straight first. I'd like for their peaks to be scraping y=200 or so. I've done this by increasing WorldHeightBits in WorldConfig.ini from the default 7 to 8.
It's my understanding that this is the only way to make this possible, as the default 7 won't allow terrain in any biome to generate above y=128.
Problem is, all my other, comparatively flat biomes now sit around y=128, which is much too high. It also defeats the purpose of having the larger mountains. Rivers below y=64 are just out of the question.
So is my understanding correct? Is there no other way to get terrain above y=128? If so, how can I keep the rest of my biomes at a more acceptable height? I suspect CustomHeightControl is the answer, but I'd rather not come up with a custom set of 33 values for every single biome if it can be avoided.
