For the fossils, there are several ways to handle them. I can add them as a new resource, just like desert wells, dungeons, trees, etc. However, as you said, the fossils consist of structure files, and it would be nice to integrate them somehow with the custom object system.
The separation between "custom" objects and Mojang objects is a bit weird anyways: why shouldn't, for example, a Mojang dungeon not be allowed to be part of a BO3 structure? Why should your objects be placed on one line in the resources queue (the
CustomObject(...) line), but do Mojang objects each get their own line?
