In Biome Bundle, there is a redefine for "Deep Ocean" to make some changes to the surrounding landscape. This is also where Water Monuments spawn. I have a water monument, but when I go there, only Creepers, Skeletons, Spiders, Zombies, and an occasional Enderman spawn there. Now, the temple is at water level (which would explain the mobs spawning on the outside), however, there are no guardians spawning in the water around the monument.
When I remove Terrain Control (I am running build 169 and the same thing happens with 168), and go back to the temple, guardians spawn in the water and no non-normal mobs (no zombies, skeletons, creepers, etc.).
How do we get "normal" mobs to spawn and bypass TC's control of a standard vanilla biome when we re-define a standard vanilla biome (e.g. Deep Ocean)?
